Quality Control

Quality is not a final gate at Myra — it is built in at every stage, from greige fabric to packed carton. Every bulk order is inspected on a sampling basis against internationally recognised AQL standards, so quality holds across the whole run, not just the approved sample.

Seven-stage in-house control

Metal detection · every garment

Quality is checked at seven distinct stages between greige fabric and packed carton. Nothing leaves the facility without passing all of them.

Quality control at seven stages

  1. Greige fabric check — Fabric inspected on arrival, before any processing.
  2. 4-point fabric system — Industry-standard defect scoring applied to every roll.
  3. Pre-screening — Pre-production verification against the approved sample.
  4. In-line quality checks — Continuous checks at defined points during production, not only at the end.
  5. Finished quality checks — Garment-level inspection post-production.
  6. Quality audit and lab tests — Internal wash/shrinkage and fabric testings, audit and laboratory verification.
  7. Metal detection — Every finished garment passes metal detection before packing.
