Separate sample and design department · In-house cutting · Production floor · Quality control · Finishing and packing. The complete cut-to-pack process runs in-house. We do not subcontract production. Your order does not leave our facility between fabric arrival and packed carton.

How production runs

  1. Fabric in — Fabric arrives from mill and is inspected before anything else happens.
  2. Cutting — In-house cutting against approved patterns and marker plans.
  3. Stitching — Line production with in-line quality checks at defined points.
  4. Finishing — Pressing, trimming and finishing to specification.
  5. Final QC and packing — Final inspection, metal detection on every garment, then packed to buyer specification.

Lead times

New bulk order

60–90 days from confirmation, including fabric procurement and pre production sampling.

Repeat order

45 days.

Timelines run from order confirmation and include mill fabric production, typically the longest single stage. Programmes using stock or regular fabrics and repeat styles move faster.
