Sustainable manufacturing means reducing environmental impact, enhancing social well-being, and continuously improving governance. For us that translates into specific, measurable commitments across all three — with figures that can be checked.
Environment
40 kW solar vision
A rooftop solar installation covering 35–40% of peak demand — approximately 60,000 kWh generated per year, avoiding around 43 metric tons of CO₂, equivalent to about 1,960 trees.
Building & water
Insulated walls and roofs, polyurethane ceiling panels, evaporative cooling, rainwater harvesting and a reverse osmosis plant for potable water.
Materials
GOTS, OCS, OEKO-TEX and GRS certified mill partners. Certified dyes verified by random lab testing. BCI and organic cotton, recycled polyester and Lenzing ECOVERO.
Solar generation estimated at 1,500 kWh per kWp per year for the Noida region. Emissions avoided calculated using the Central Electricity Authority All-India weighted average grid emission factor of 0.7117 tCO₂/MWh (Version 21.0, 2025). Tree equivalence based on 21.8 kg CO₂ per tree per year.

Worker welfare
Employee State Insurance and Provident Fund, above fair wages, lawful working hours, air cooled working areas, clean potable water and air cooling across all working areas.
Safety & representation
Health and safety committees, women safety committe, harassment prevention policy, first-aid and fire-trained staff, and emergency evacuation drills.
Governance and compliance
Independent audit
SMETA audited — Sedex Members Ethical Trade Audit covering labour, health, safety, environment and business ethics. Government-recognised One Star Export House.
Statutory compliance
Government licensed factory, state authority approvals, pollution board air and water consent, fire department certification, licensed generator, broken needle policy and metal detection.
Memberships
Member of the Apparel Export Promotion Council (AEPC) and the Federation of Indian Export Organisations (FIEO).
